What will we do for you?

Extensive Search

After understanding your precise requirements we carry out an extensive search using all sources available to us. This includes personal contacts at estate agents, scouring property press and web sites and investigating private Lets [Which may currently be on the market as sales but may be withdrawn and let instead].

We Select the Properties

Once the properties have been selected and a short list drawn up we will arrange the viewings for you. We will accompany you on these viewings and offer any advice required based on our experience of the local market.

We make your Offer to the Landlord

Once the perfect house or Apartment has been found we will offer advise on the rental offers with agents and landlords, working to secure the best terms for you, so that you know you are getting the right deal.

We arrange your lease completion

We will review all lease documentation, which will be prepared based on the Private Residential Tenancies Act in Ireland and we look out for any unusual clauses and advise in relation to breakclause requirement if required. We will also arrange at time of move in to check over the property, and prepare a photographic inventory and ensure that any damages or defects are noted [so that the tenant is not liable for any damages not being noticed by landlord or their agent

Going forward we can also offer a market update service and friendly advice on any ongoing issues. At the tenancy end we will bring you through the final process of giving notice to the Landlord so that this is done correctly by giving the notice in writing and we will also advise on the final requirements to finish out the lease.
