If your offer is accepted we will then send you a formal confirmation of the terms of your tenancy, start date and supply you with the banking details for payment of deposit and rent. For managed tenancies these details will be the same for all rent payments.
The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) is the governing body for tenancies in Ireland. Your tenancy will be registered and will be subject to the RTB rules. There are certain rights and obligations for tenants and landlords www.rtb.ie
Once the deposit is paid your lease will be created and sent to all parties for signing through Docusign. Once signed and upon completion, you will be given your set of keys, and if your property is managed we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager’s contact details so that you have a contact with our office throughout your managed tenancy. We have a tenancy portal on our website in case of any repairs being required during the tenancy, and our property management team will be in contact with you to arrange our standard periodic property inspections.
