Register to get your competitive advantage

The Dublin rental market can be extremely competitive and fast-moving, but we can give tenants that register with us an unfair advantage.

By registering your requirements with us we can help you be the first through the door of newly listed homes.

Find the right property

With new listings each week, we’ll help you find the right property.

We can also keep you constantly up-to-date via email and text alerts, even before properties get listed on Daft.ie and Myhome.ie.

What do you require? A Short let or a Long let?

A short let is ideal if you are looking for a place to stay for a few months, offering a great alternative to staying in a hotel or serviced apartment. We generally have a range of properties that are available for 3 month short lets.

These are especially popular with visitors to the capital, people getting to know a new area or those renovating or waiting to move home. A short let can offer you flexibility in rental length and is usually furnished to a high standard, and can have if required all bills included in the rent (excluding telecommunication services).

A long let is ideal if you know your area and want to settle in to a new space for a year or more.

Consider a Managed property

An increasing number of tenants insist on renting fully Managed properties for complete peace of mind. This keeps the letting professional for both landlord and tenant.

Viewings

Book your viewing online through or website or in the office.

You will be met by one of our experienced agents that will be on hand to answer any questions immediately and also for any advice where necessary.

Making an Application

Once you find your perfect property you can make an application online or with your agent.

We will require you to upload your documents to include:

Previous landlord and current work references
Details on all parties that would occupy the property
When you wish to start the tenancy and for how long
Financial information confirming affordability
Collect your proof of ID/s

Let us know if there any special conditions of the offer and we’ll communicate this to the landlord.

Offer agreed

If your offer is accepted we will then send you a formal confirmation of the terms of your tenancy, start date and supply you with the banking details for payment of deposit and rent. For managed tenancies these details will be the same for all rent payments.

RTB Registration

The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) is the governing body for tenancies in Ireland. Your tenancy will be registered and will be subject to the RTB rules. There are certain rights and obligations for tenants and landlords www.rtb.ie

Completion

Once the deposit is paid your lease will be created and sent to all parties for signing through Docusign. Once signed and upon completion, you will be given your set of keys, and if your property is managed we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager’s contact details so that you have a contact with our office throughout your managed tenancy. We have a tenancy portal on our website in case of any repairs being required during the tenancy, and our property management team will be in contact with you to arrange our standard periodic property inspections.
